Did a pretty good job of transferring my old iTunes playlist over to Spotify. There was A LOT of skipped tracks most of which made no sense, as they were very popular tunes. I did ask support for help twice but over a week has passed and nobody has gotten back to me, which is disappointing. Definitely worth the month for a one month sub, but far from perfect.
