Endless charges?

Endless charges?This service was a complete waste of money for me; not only did a huge majority of my music fail to transfer, but the playlists which did transfer were almost unusable due to the terrible formatting and poor matching done by the service.I decided to cut my losses; it's nnot the biggest charge in the world anyways...I cancelled my service with them almost 3 WEEKS AGO. They have acknowledged my cancellation, yet still they attempted to charge me MORE THAN 5 TIMES since.I have contacted their support multiple times to absolutely no response. I have had to cancel my card to get away from their charges. Honestly wish I never used them and really regret giving them my personal details as they clearly are not t be trusted
