Music transfer from Spotify to Amazon went well. But after writing to cancel the subscription I received no confirmation and they've kept on charging me. The charge is made but somehow hidden in PayPal. I wouldn't recommend this service with this payment method and also because of their non-responsive customer service.UpdateWithin 24 hours of submitting this review I have been contacted by the supplier and all is now sorted.Not sure if the review had anything to do with it?Changed from 2 to 3 stars. Had to deal with this whilst on holiday so not impressed by time wasted.
