My experience has been extremely disappointing. This insurance is associated with a specific airline and managed under poor conditions after a financial crisis. Since then, everything has deteriorated. I bought flight coverage but received no policy email. Attempts to contact them yielded only automated responses, and calls were left unanswered. Frustrated, I sought coverage elsewhere.
