Hello Y'all!I am a third time buyer of TurboAnt scooter products and had a great experience with an exchange I needed to make recently. I made a purchase of Turboant's lower tier scooters but my use is very heavy and I learned I needed to upgrade within a month of use. Jane with Turboant Customer service was great to hear and respond quickly to my email announcing I needed to return the scooter. Jane gave me several options to correct the situation, including exchanging the scooter for a better model. I chose this option.One thing to note is I threw out the original packaging, but Turboant was nice enough to allow me to return it in the packaging which my upgrade would come in. I got the product I needed (and love it) and was able to repackage the other scooter and ship it using the shipping label provided by TurboAnt.The process was very smooth. Jane was excellent in her quick succinct replies. Turboant was quick to inspect my return and immediately remitted my refund for it.
