I visited the service and faced significant issues just setting up an account. Their app is frustrating. I entered my vehicle details for a turbocharger for a 2017 model, and after placing my order with an extended warranty, the part arrived looking nothing like what I had selected. When I reached out to customer support, they informed me it was for a different vehicle entirely. I would have understood if they had pointed out I ordered the wrong part for my vehicle, but a completely different brand? They then informed me of a $15 charge for a return label for the incorrect item listed on their site. It's hard to believe. I'm usually responsible for my mistakes, but I definitely did not order a part for the wrong vehicle. The site asks for detailed vehicle info, and I’ve never owned a vehicle of that brand. This mishap cost me $15, but I've learned to avoid this service in the future.
