On 07/08/25, I ordered a turbo kit, which shipped quickly and arrived on 07/10/25. However, upon opening the box for the left side, I found a right side turbo instead. After contacting customer service, I was met with delays and excuses about system maintenance. Eventually, I was told I could reorder the correct part and would receive a refund for the incorrect one. I placed a new order, but the tracking showed it was delivered to the wrong address. Customer service was unhelpful. After much confusion, I finally received a package, but it was the wrong part again. Their customer support claimed they were still having system issues. I have spent a significant amount of money and still have not received the correct parts. This service is unreliable, and I would strongly advise against purchasing from them.
