I had a very frustrating experience with the service. Creating an account was a challenge, and their app is quite poor. I entered my vehicle information for a turbocharger for a 2017 model, and after that, I ordered the part with an extended warranty. When the product arrived, it was nothing like the image I had seen. Upon contacting customer service, I was informed that the part was for a different vehicle. I would have felt differently if they had pointed out that I ordered the wrong part, but a completely different brand? They also mentioned a $15 fee for a return label for the obviously incorrect turbocharger that was listed on their website. It's unbelievable. I usually accept responsibility for my mistakes, but I clearly did not order a part for the wrong vehicle. Plus, the site requires detailed vehicle information for the purchase. I've never owned that brand in my life. This lesson cost me $15, but I've learned not to buy from this service again.
