Extremely disappointing – Deceptive 'unlimited' claim I signed up for the unlimited plan in good faith, as the service clearly states it offers unlimited transcription of audio and video files. However, this is simply not the case. My account is now restricted:
– I can no longer upload new files
– I cannot transcribe anything, despite paying for an 'unlimited' plan
– There is no clarity regarding actual limitations
– No prior warning was given If it’s limited, then it’s not truly unlimited.
It’s that straightforward. What exacerbates the situation is the lack of response from support. I reached out to customer service for clarification and received no reply whatsoever. No follow-up. No accountability. In conclusion:
Deceptive marketing, a service that restricts access without explanation, and non-existent customer support.
A very unsatisfactory experience. Steer clear if you have serious, professional transcription needs.
