Do not rely on their services. They fail to provide adequate support. After purchasing their premium plan and filing my return, I received a request for more information from the tax authority. Despite submitting the required documents, they didn’t forward them. When I contacted them, they told me to handle the situation myself. It’s been two months with no response from them. I won’t use this service again.
