I have used Turbo Tax for 15 years, Never had a problem. This year, trying to file 2025 taxes, nothing would import from last years info. I was supposed to manually input all my info. Why? Called customer service, gave her access to my screen, only to be told that I would have to enter all the information manually. If that is the case, why would I use an online service. I can just as easily fill out the forms and mail them in at no cost. I asked the CSR how to file an extension. She sent me a link via email that I had to copy and paste and they wanted to charge me $129.00 for the extension. I don't think so. Prior to this year, I thought Turbo Tax was the best thing since sliced bread. I have no idea what happened but I will say when I googled Turbo Tax, Tax Act, then H&R Block came up first. Not sure what is going on with Intuit but it isn't good.
