As a Premium Plan customer, I received a tenant screening report on June 5, 2025, which indicated no previous evictions. I trusted this report to approve a tenant who subsequently failed to pay rent. However, public court records revealed that the tenant had an ongoing eviction case at that time, which the report did not mention. Initially, I was informed that the report was generated by another service, but they denied any involvement. I was then referred to a credit reporting agency, which confirmed that the company had ordered and received the report, yet they refused to provide any additional information. After submitting a formal complaint to the company's legal department on November 1, 2025, I was promised a follow-up by November 3, but I have not heard from anyone since. There has been no accountability or explanation for the losses I incurred due to the incorrect report.
