Turbro is an AMAZING company. This is my second purchase from them. I had an older Turbro fireplace that I bought years ago and was having a problem with the heat. I emailed them and they were incredibly helpful, trying to troubleshoot my out of warranty fireplace. They made many suggestions and finally came to the conclusion that it wasn’t fixable. When I told them I was going to order a new one, they offered a discount with the purchase. Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable people who know how to take care of their customers.
