After four loyal years and referring seven families to Turito, I am deeply disappointed by the recent lack of professionalism. Our coordinator, Saikiran, has become nearly impossible to reach, often ignoring messages for weeks. Despite promising to roll over my daughter’s remaining classes to Science, nothing has been done for over fourteen days with zero follow-up. This disrespectful treatment and poor communication have forced me to stop renewing classes. It is disheartening to see such a decline in service standards for long-standing clients.
