We joined Turito 15 months ago. Staff are very diligent with admin request. Munazah and Poushaly are very dedicated to the student need and has been tailoring sessions according. Both the teachers are receptive of feedback and provides regular updates to parents if they are concerned about the student wellbeing or performance. The website it self- the test contents needs a quality check as many a times test questions : the answers are incorrect or explanations do not make sense. This can confuse students doing self learning via test.
My children have shown remarkable progress since joining Turito. The flexibility of the program is a huge advantage.If we ever miss a class, it’s easy to reschedule it to a more convenient time.
Science teacher Purva is exceptional. Her strong command of concepts, clear teaching style, and friendly approach make learning enjoyable. My son looks forward to her classes and has improved significantly under her guidance.

Very frustrating experience with the service. I requested a refund well within the refund policy period, but it has been over 6 months and I still haven’t received it. Despite numerous follow-ups, there has been no clear response or action from the support team. Their customer service is unhelpful and unresponsive. I would strongly advise others to think twice before enrolling - they are quick to collect payments but seem to completely disregard customers afterward.
