I applied online for a home internet subscription on October 9, 2025. The next day, I was contacted for installation. Since I was at work, I requested to reschedule for the following day. On installation day, I received a call while in a meeting and couldn’t answer. When I requested a callback, the staff member responded in a rude tone, questioning why I hadn’t answered. Such behavior is unacceptable and does not reflect the expected professionalism. I am sharing this complaint to raise awareness and ensure that appropriate action is taken to prevent similar incidents. I kindly ask for an investigation and to be informed of the outcome.
