I applied online for a home internet subscription on October 9, 2025. The next day, I was contacted for installation. Since I was at work, I requested to reschedule for the following day. On installation day, I received a call while in a meeting and couldn’t answer. When I requested a callback, the staff member responded in a rude tone, questioning why I hadn’t answered. Such behavior is unacceptable and does not reflect the expected professionalism. I am sharing this complaint to raise awareness and ensure that appropriate action is taken to prevent similar incidents. I kindly ask for an investigation and to be informed of the outcome.
On May 13, 2025, my internet service was cut off. After calling multiple times and calmly explaining my issue, I was told during the seventh call that my request might have been canceled. When I requested to terminate my contract without a fee, I could no longer reach a representative, and all my calls dropped.
I purchased an overpriced phone charger that failed after just 10 minutes of use. While on a cultural tour, I couldn't return it to the original shop, and the other shop refused to assist. It's surprising how they can speak English when selling but not when handling complaints.
I'm facing upload speeds dropping to as low as 0.2 Mbps when connecting to overseas servers, while domestically I get around 18 Mbps. Despite this clear issue, the service blames Wi-Fi. I've faced timeout errors on essential services that are resolved when using a VPN. However, when I mention this, they claim not to provide site-specific support. The support team lacks professionalism, offering the first solution without understanding the issue. After multiple failed attempts to resolve this, I had to escalate it here. Each time, they blamed Wi-Fi, despite clear evidence that the problem lies with their routing system. It's frustrating that they make adjustments to my setup without consulting me.
