I'm facing upload speeds dropping to as low as 0.2 Mbps when connecting to overseas servers, while domestically I get around 18 Mbps. Despite this clear issue, the service blames Wi-Fi. I've faced timeout errors on essential services that are resolved when using a VPN. However, when I mention this, they claim not to provide site-specific support. The support team lacks professionalism, offering the first solution without understanding the issue. After multiple failed attempts to resolve this, I had to escalate it here. Each time, they blamed Wi-Fi, despite clear evidence that the problem lies with their routing system. It's frustrating that they make adjustments to my setup without consulting me.
