Pros:
1. Our prices were affordable.
2. They served good meals.
3. Dubrovnik, Croatia, sales office agent, Sandra, was kind enough to help us with our seats.
Cons:
1. Online Customer Support is not very responsive and very confusing and cumbersome.
2. They canceled our return flight a couple of days in advance, and it was very late, impractical, and inconvenient for us to cancel it, because we had booked all hotels (4) and buses (4) as well as airport taxis (we didn’t have protection, since we never expected our flights cancelled), and we missed our connecting flight and had to sit in Istanbul airport all night, and Turkish Airlines were cold and callous and not only didn’t offer us any accommodation or mitigation, but they replied to us that we were notified in advance.
3. The return flight attendants were rather cold and impersonal (and one even almost arrogant).
4. Unrelated to the airline but regarding the Istanbul airport:
The prices there were wild - coffee 10 E ($11.50), many employees cold and unfriendly, and the regular passenger lounge (to rest) was wickedly expensive: 75 E ($85) for seniors over 65. You can imagine the regular price!
