As a student, I am incredibly frustrated with the internet service. Despite numerous calls and technician visits, my issues remain unresolved. I used to experience pings of 2000–3000 ms, and now I frequently get 'request timed out' errors, indicating there is no internet at all. Paying around 500 TL per month for such inadequate service is unacceptable. It took me nearly 30 minutes just to load this website and write this review. This level of service is truly disappointing.
