The internet service I've received is extremely poor! There are frequent interruptions that sometimes last over a day, and when it does come back, the connection is weak. I contacted customer service, but when they finally answered, they provided no explanations for the outages. The customer care is abysmal. This provider lacks any degree of professionalism or effective service.
