This company has proven to be extremely incompetent and dishonest. I've faced two significant issues this year, including over-billing and failure to process payments due to website failures. They also fail to send documentation after complaints, and their systems frequently experience outages. Mis-selling practices have left me paying higher rates after my contract ended. They refuse to accept responsibility or provide escalation points, making them incredibly difficult to deal with. I strongly advise against doing business with them.
