I use Turk Telekom for years, they only help you when it comes to take money. If there is something you need the customer service either doesn't connect or they give you wrong or missing information. I transferred my number from my friend to my name and they told me the fee about it will reflect on my upcoming monthly payments. However, while I was paying extra every month on the other hand they added a penalty on my friend's name and it kept adding without having me informed about it. I learned it from a lawyer when it was double the initial price and they never gave me information about it in the office even though I asked several times if I have any debts from the previous periods. (They must have detailed information)They blocked my number without informing, while I wasn't able to sign in to my online app because the sign in code would only go to my number, which was blocked :D & I figured it out only when I went to the office I was registered (no other office was helpful) which per say, I live abroad and managed to reach there months later and had to pay extra to reactivate number. I used their internet packages several times, somehow 20 gb ends in 5 days while I mostly use internet at home and when I compare to other people around me they use internet even less, but are not turk telekom, and their packages never end in this short time. As a result never ever use turk telekom! I will transfer my number as soon as I go back to Turkey.
