Awful service - no explanation, no support, no service to solve the issue! If you can’t detect the reason of an issue, you could at least send a technical support crew on site to understand what’s going on.But, you made us wait 40 hours, and again, I’m being told that no actions were taken and the support agent is “informing” again. If you don’t have to choose Turk Telekom due to your location, do not prefer them. They only take your money and do nothing when you have an issue. Thank you for doing nothing!
