As a student, I am very frustrated with the internet service I receive. Despite numerous calls and technician visits, the issues remain unresolved. I used to experience 2000–3000 ms ping, and now I frequently encounter 'request timed out' errors, indicating there is no internet connection at all. Paying around 500 TL monthly for such poor service is unacceptable. It took me almost 30 minutes just to load this website and write this review. This level of service is genuinely disappointing.
