On August 21st, I bought a flight ticket for an Istanbul-Athens flight on August 24th. About 40 minutes later, I realized I made a mistake and called customer service. They refused to cancel the ticket, stating too much time had passed, even though it was only 40 minutes after purchase. I paid €193.80. Customer service offered no alternatives or flexibility.
