I am extremely frustrated with the service provided by Turna.com. My China Eastern Airlines flight (MU2361) was officially cancelled by the airline, and for over a week, I have been stuck in a loop of lies and incompetence from Turna’s support team.

Here is the reality of dealing with them:

Ignored Requests: I have contacted them more than 10 times. Every time, they tell me to "request a reissue on the website." I did exactly that more than 8 days ago, and there has been absolutely no update.

False Promises in Live Chat: I’ve contacted their Live Chat three times. Each time, the agent promised that a reissue offer would be sent to my email within 15 minutes. Needless to say, nothing ever arrived.

Zero Transparency: When I ask simple questions—like my request reference number, the expected processing time, or what happens if the airline doesn't respond—they simply ignore me or end the chat.

Irresponsible Service: They claim to offer "easy and safe" planning, but in reality, they leave passengers stranded. I have 4 passengers in my booking, and we are being ignored despite having an official cancellation certificate from the airline.

Turna.com is quick to take your money but disappears when a problem occurs. If you value your time and money, book elsewhere.

Questionable refund practices and poor support

I bought a flight ticket for 445.33 USD using my card. After canceling, I was promised a refund but only received 14.35 USD, which is incorrect. Despite providing proof of payment, my case is being ignored. The support team is unprofessional and doesn't adhere to refund policies. I've reported this to my bank for investigation. Be cautious before booking; once they have your money, it's unlikely you'll get it back.

Did not cancel despite quick request, avoid this service

On August 21st, I bought a flight ticket for an Istanbul-Athens flight on August 24th. About 40 minutes later, I realized I made a mistake and called customer service. They refused to cancel the ticket, stating too much time had passed, even though it was only 40 minutes after purchase. I paid €193.80. Customer service offered no alternatives or flexibility.

Complete scam

This is a complete scam. They sent me a ticket and reservation number with no actual flight booked. When I arrived at the airport, I found there was no reservation in my name. The customer service confirmed my booking the day before, but when I complained, they stopped responding without mentioning a refund.
