I am extremely frustrated with the service provided by Turna.com. My China Eastern Airlines flight (MU2361) was officially cancelled by the airline, and for over a week, I have been stuck in a loop of lies and incompetence from Turna’s support team.
Here is the reality of dealing with them:
Ignored Requests: I have contacted them more than 10 times. Every time, they tell me to "request a reissue on the website." I did exactly that more than 8 days ago, and there has been absolutely no update.
False Promises in Live Chat: I’ve contacted their Live Chat three times. Each time, the agent promised that a reissue offer would be sent to my email within 15 minutes. Needless to say, nothing ever arrived.
Zero Transparency: When I ask simple questions—like my request reference number, the expected processing time, or what happens if the airline doesn't respond—they simply ignore me or end the chat.
Irresponsible Service: They claim to offer "easy and safe" planning, but in reality, they leave passengers stranded. I have 4 passengers in my booking, and we are being ignored despite having an official cancellation certificate from the airline.
Turna.com is quick to take your money but disappears when a problem occurs. If you value your time and money, book elsewhere.
