As a new client of the law group since September 2025, I have a few concerns:
1) There is a lack of status updates, whether by email or phone.
2) They haven't contacted my creditors to inform them that they are handling negotiations.
Given the fees charged, I believe clients should expect this service. I reached out to my creditors myself using the guidelines from the app on how to deal with them. Each creditor informed me that the law group needs to send the necessary paperwork to confirm their representation for resolution discussions. Although it’s only been three months, I felt compelled to call my creditors to avoid potential legal actions, hoping that my outreach would show them that someone is actively working on my debt. Interestingly, PayPal Credit even provided me with an opportunity to pay off my debt without interest or penalties if I closed my account.
