HORRIBLE COMPANY!! NO COMMUNICATION! YOU CALL AND ALL YOU GET IS A VOICEMAIL AND NO ONE CALLS YOU BACK!! ALL THEY DO IS WITHDRAW MONEY FROM YOUR ACCOUNT AND YOU CANT GET IN TOUCH WITH ANYONE NOT BY PHONE OR EMAIL!!!
Avoid at all costs! They impose a 48% fee on the original debt, in addition to a $10 monthly charge. This information is not disclosed clearly! The 48% fee surpasses credit card interest rates. You won't save any money with this service. You might as well draft your own letter using an AI. They retained all my payments for fees and made only a $20 contribution towards my credit card debt. After three months, I paid a total of $720. I'm relieved I realized this before investing more. They also did not issue any refunds. It's a complete scam!
As a new client of the law group since September 2025, I have a few concerns:
1) There is a lack of status updates, whether by email or phone.
2) They haven't contacted my creditors to inform them that they are handling negotiations.
Given the fees charged, I believe clients should expect this service. I reached out to my creditors myself using the guidelines from the app on how to deal with them. Each creditor informed me that the law group needs to send the necessary paperwork to confirm their representation for resolution discussions. Although it’s only been three months, I felt compelled to call my creditors to avoid potential legal actions, hoping that my outreach would show them that someone is actively working on my debt. Interestingly, PayPal Credit even provided me with an opportunity to pay off my debt without interest or penalties if I closed my account.
4 stars so far due to not completing program but once program is complete will definitely be a 5. I started program in May and was a little skeptical the first couple months while waiting to see what would happen. Turnbull customer service was keeping me in the loop with my accounts. My first of 5 loans settled in October around 55%. Couldn’t recommend Turnbull more!
P.J. Here I have been working with Turnbull Law since around May 2025. I was going underwater with high interest debt that was being compounded by loss of wages making it impossible for me to ever pay out or catch up. I did not want to file bankruptcy because I did not want this to be such a negative impact. While I was explained my credit would still take some impact initially it’s much better to show a settlement on your credit than bankruptcy so I went this route. I worked with amazing agents that explained everything, the law group then takes over to handle negotiations and works with the creditors. You set up your fund account and make your monthly payments until you get enough to start settling each debt. The collection calls stopped after about a month honestly which is this process is fast and typical. I felt safe knowing that I have Turnbull leading the way to have those conversations and negotiations because trying to do it alone failed. The fee is small to start but if you stick to the plan you WILL be able to pay out your debt. Oh yeah they give you options to consolidate but I took the option to pay it out without taking out addition debt and shifting debt. I want to be completely debt free after this process within 2 years. I Highly recommend this process it’s professional, reasonably fast, organized, honest, and complete. As a consumer it’s your responsibility to still pay and keep track of your own progress but knowing you have ANY questions the teams are available to guide you and help you make the best decision for your particular need and circumstance. I have been extremely happy and excited to see progress towards being debt free and I will continue to move towards my goals of freedom in the next few months it goes by so fast so why not start now! Thank you Turnbull Law Group!! Now I can refocus my energy on improving my financial literacy and never end up in this situation again.
