Avoid at all costs! They impose a 48% fee on the original debt, in addition to a $10 monthly charge. This information is not disclosed clearly! The 48% fee surpasses credit card interest rates. You won't save any money with this service. You might as well draft your own letter using an AI. They retained all my payments for fees and made only a $20 contribution towards my credit card debt. After three months, I paid a total of $720. I'm relieved I realized this before investing more. They also did not issue any refunds. It's a complete scam!
