We ordered for Australian fathers day and ordered by their cut off dates and still have not received our order.Customer service was woeful and responses were generated by AI which we could plainly see as they forgot to remove the AI prompt ‘Let me know if you'd like a more formal, casual, or shorter version!‘ from the bottom of their emails when cutting and pasting their response. Terrible and ruined fathers day for our kid.
