I am absolutely delighted with the final image! The team collaborated with me until it was just right. My granddaughter was overjoyed when she saw the picture, and my grandson even requested one for his upcoming birthday. I've already placed the order, and it was yet another fantastic experience!
This experience was fantastic because not only did they provide an incredibly enjoyable product, but they also delivered it on time and showcased their process. We received a video capturing the transformation of my 19-year-old, his girlfriend, and their orange cat into characters reminiscent of a popular animated show. It was so much fun! They were very professional, and in today's world of AI, it's refreshing to see genuine craftsmanship.
I placed an order on a website that malfunctioned multiple times, forcing me to restart each time. Once the order finally went through, I received an email days later stating that the prices listed were incorrect and they needed to charge me more. I noticed the order was wrong anyway, so I replied with my exact request, and their adjusted price was acceptable. Days passed without a response, so I followed up, but still nothing. I submitted a contact request through the website and got no reply. I tried the live chat, but it was just a bot, offering no helpful information and no option to talk to a real person. The website also lacked a phone number, and the bot refused to provide any contact details. They had no issue taking my money, though. They denied my refund request and also refused to send the merchandise, prompting me to dispute the transaction with my bank and report the situation to several authorities.
I strongly advise against using this service. My first order was satisfactory, so I decided to send another photo for a gift. However, the draft I received was nothing like the original. When I requested they follow the original photo, they asked for an additional fee. I sought a refund, but they have ignored my requests.
I requested several alterations, but they never got close to what I wanted. I eventually just had them send the canvas, as it wouldn’t arrive in time for the holidays anyway. I regret spending over 100 dollars for a gift I'll never use. I ended up throwing it away.
I was excited to order three canvases for Christmas gifts, feeling secure based on reviews. After much back and forth, I had to escalate the issue with my payment service. Eventually, I got a full refund after threatening further action. Do not trust this website. It is intentionally deceptive and operates like a scam. The initial fee for a digital hand-painted portrait is just for the image file. Additional costs apply for physical prints, making it an absolute rip-off. Stay away!
