I ordered and paid for two items of the same image — a 12x16 poster and a 12x16 canvass. They only shipped the poster. Contacted their chat bot today and they refuse to communicate with me because they believe the order is complete. I will have to dispute the charges with my credit card company. Terrible customer service. However, the image didn’t turn out great.
