My grandmother attempted to purchase a small vehicle but encountered poor service and unhelpful staff. The staff provided misleading information about safety features, and when we requested to have the car inspected, they refused to hold it off the market for a mere three hours. Ultimately, when she tried to finalize the purchase, they delayed her for hours due to banking issues, even after showing a bank statement. This left her stranded without transportation. The service was so disappointing that it would have been better if the staff hadn't engaged with us at all. While the car itself is affordable and in decent condition, our overall experience was very frustrating.
