I want to express my disappointment with the service related to a synth I bought. The item was shipped a week later than promised, which I understand was partly due to holiday delays, but after my inquiry, it still didn't ship until a week later. Additionally, I was hit with around $256 in extra shipping and broker fees, making it more expensive than if I had bought it locally. The most frustrating part was receiving a power cable incompatible with US sockets, with no adapters included or any warning that I would need to purchase them separately. The response from the support team to my concerns felt dismissive, lacking genuine care or helpfulness. This review is meant to inform others about my experience, as I felt the company was not transparent and indifferent to customer needs. I really hope their support improves.
