Wrong type…

I purchased a portrait but mistakenly ordered digital. Eleanor helped me upgrade to a canvas effortlessly. The design team did so great that I definitely wanted a canvas. Thanks again to everyone at Turn Me Royal.

AI SLOP + Bad Customer Service

My mom was misled on whether an artist would be creating this work- as it uses AI. My mom has been attempting to receive a refund for three weeks now, and they keep avoiding the topic. Their customer service sucks- DO NOT USE THEM.

One of a kind gift, order now!

I was so excited when I was sent the preview I accidentally purchased the download of the photo instead of the print. After many emails, I eventually purchased the canvas print. And it looks fantastic. I can't wait to show my Husband at Christmas. Highly reccomend!!

Non-Responsive

I placed my order, approved my image and the download link they provided did not work. I have sent several emails, texts over the past 12 hours and no response. I need my image for an event in a couple of days and it is just crickets from this vendor. I am extremely upset and do not recommend this vendor at all.

My excitement waits.

Hi, well I had ordered 3 canvases.. For my luck my son is upset with me and didn't accept my gifts. My second one was for my boss, he liked it but opened while wife was present. He didn't do a video. My last one if for my daughter and haven't receive it yet. I will let you know. Thankyou

The art was beautiful.

The art was beautiful Wading thruough your pricing structure totally suucked and was annoying. But the framed print was really good and of gift quality.
