I ordered 4 records from them and their jackets arrived mildly damage; corners are dented and sides of the sleeves have slits in them. Thankfully the records themselves arrived in good condition and have great sound quality. I'm not sure whether I got unlucky with the shipping or TTL's packaging doesn't protect the records properly. From what I remember the packaging was just a tad bit too big so the records might have shifted around during shipping, resulting in such damages.I've written a couple of reviews for 2 particular records on their store page and have not appeared there yet. It's been almost a week since I written them by the time I'm making this review and I'm starting to think TTL isn't very reliable of a record store. All their public reviews in their website only have 5 stars, which I find to be BS. I'm not sure whether I should keep buying records from them or not, at least until they respond to me somehow.
