We bought a turntable as a Christmas gift for my daughter, but it was non-functional right from the start. The customer support is terrible! It took them five days to reply to my email, and calling them yielded no results. Eventually, I managed to return it, and they confirmed receipt of the package over a week ago, yet I still haven't received my refund! I strongly advise against purchasing from this company. Their prices are excessive, and the customer service is inadequate! You can find the same products at a much lower cost on other platforms.

Initially, I thought I found a great site for reasonably priced records. However, everything after my purchase has been disappointing. They promote a discount for buying multiple records, but during my first order, I used my discount without saving any money. I tried to call, but the number on their site is not operational. I sent an email, and after 3 days, I received a response despite their advertised 24-hour reply time. Customer support was unhelpful and couldn't provide another discount code or a valid explanation. Shipping times are also not ideal, taking up to 4 business days to ship and another week in transit. I live only 12 hours away from where the items were shipped. At least the items arrived undamaged. I'm done with this company.
They sent me a defective turntable. I recorded a video and sent it to their customer service, which instructed me to return it. I shipped it back in the original packaging, but they claimed the dust cover was scratched and deducted 15% from my refund. I didn't request a refund; I wanted a functioning turntable. They insisted the turntable was 'resalable' and not defective. It clearly was, as I tried multiple records and documented the issues. They were not helpful at all. I won't shop there again. What a disappointment!
I just bought an LP that is skipping, and the response I received was: 'That record is not supposed to do that. Since this is an international order, I can't send a replacement but can offer a 15% partial refund for your inconvenience. I apologize for the defective record.' A 15% refund for a worthless LP? It's a joke, and I will never order again.
This was my first order experience, and the album had a small defect. Expecting trouble, I called and spoke with a representative who was incredibly helpful. He sent a prepaid return label while I was on the line. I returned the album, and a perfect replacement arrived quickly. If you have any doubts about this company, I can assure you they are excellent and stand behind their products.
