I booked an "On Site" car at Orlando airport only to discover that I was going to have to take a shuttle to a car lot almost 6 miles away. The instructions said we would have to make our way to ground transportation or take an UBER. I found this out the day before we were due to arrive. When I talked to their AI support. It told me that that is an alternate for
"On Site" that Turo accepts. Meantime the owner said they could bring the car to the airport and pick it up there for an extra charge. WHAT? I paid for an "ON SITE" car. Fortunately when I called they cancelled my booking. It was about the same price as a car from Thrifty or Budget.
