Making a serious accusation without proof is reckless and unacceptable. Instead of properly investigating, both the host and Turo chose to side with a baseless claim, turning what should have been a straightforward rental into a stressful and infuriating ordeal. Being blamed for something I didn’t do is beyond frustrating, and the way this was handled shows a complete lack of fairness and accountability. I will be thinking twice before ever using this service again.
