Stating the evidence was on photo, but it couldn’t have been taken into consideration that a passenger placed a previously partially smoked tobacco product in holder causing ash residue in the holder. The ash in cracker of door frame transferred while hugging and it dropped out persons ear. There was no ash in the other areas of the car. A person who has never had a smoking incidental should at least been heard out per what was called an investigation but how when no one contacted me to investigate only photos with very little detail. Also the consideration of past rental.
