They suspiciously added 617 five-star reviews right after the new platform's launch. You'll notice only a handful are displayed on the rotating carousel. No new reviews have appeared all year. I raised this issue with the support team, who escalated it to the ‘technical team.’ They claimed the visible reviews are from students who agreed to share their feedback. Just six out of 617 and no updates in a year - really? It’s frustrating to see how low some will stoop for a few extra euros/pounds.
