This seems the only way to actually get a response from this company!! I have put a formal complaint with no acknowledgement or response. BTW, if you take a car out with this company.. they don’t tell you until your in this situation that you cannot get a service on the weekend so you have to take the day off to get your service!!
I have been trying to get this organised for TEN WEEKS and it is now overdue by SIX!! They told me I could drop off and take a courtesy car but had to be within my working hours- i explained l could not leave my work after 2 hours of starting to drive 25 mile (also sitting in rush hour traffic) to drop my car off for a service and then return at rush hour home time!! This was cancelled on the phone THREE times and I even done it online and still got a call from the garage to ask where the car was?
After going back and forth with this company for two weeks trying to get one booked in at the weekend or a mobile service in which someone had emailed and told me it was possible- I then got told no I had to put a day’s annual leave in to get this done.
Now this is the best part- I have put a days annual leave in for the service that Tusker scheduled for me and my car was never collected on the date so I sat all day on my day off that I took FOR TUSKER- for no contact from tusker or the garage and no service!!!
Absolutely SHOCKING customer service and this has severely impacted my view on the company. My car is now not going to get a service this year and I will escalate the complaint until I can return the car if service plans to continue likethis!
