Unfortunately, I haven't received a single response yet, which is deterring me from becoming a paid subscriber. It seems that customer service is not a priority for free users, which is concerning for potential subscribers like myself.I particularly noticed that the annual price isn't clearly displayed on their website. There's no clear indication of "Billed this X amount every 12 months." Instead, only a price per month is shown, even when toggling on the "Yearly" option. However, on their iOS mobile app, I do see the full annual price of CA$50. This inconsistency feels like an attempt to hide the true cost for those paying via the web.
