Arrogant, Horrible Service and No regards for user privacy or transparency.I have been a customer for 3 years, paying them for their top Legend Plan, having set up 4 of my domains and 10 email accounts.Then suddenly, out of the blue, I cannot access my account, send or receive emails. The account simply says - Suspended because TOS were violated, e.g. Spam.I hardly send more than 10-15 emails per month. I am a regular blogger, focused on exposing corruption and scams. I have been a journalist for over 23 years. I run 3 websites which are top 10,000 domains in the world, and top 3000 in US. I have been featured on top publications before Tuta was conceived. And they suspended my account, because a random scammer went crying to Tuta. Maybe Tuta was well compensated to take down my email. In the realm of things, anything is possible.What I will say is - DO NOT USE TUTA if you believe Tuta will defend your free-speech. The first chance they get, they'll throw you to the wolves, release your data to anybody that has money to spend. Especially Russian Oligarchs.So yes Tuta, since I mentioned Russian Oligarchs, you know who I am, and what you did. You did not even have the courage to respond to my Support Tickets, or Refund my payments, or provide an explanation. I hope the 30 cents were worth it.Now, I suspect you have already shared my details with the Russian Oligarchs and the Kazakh Mafia. I will survive, but I'll make sure every other journalist and activist I know, abandons you, and exposes you for what is essentially a KGB or CCP operation.Rant over. You can report this review. You can easily check the number of emails sent from my account (less than 15 / month), so there's no spam. I used your service for 3 years, and like other journalists, I expected privacy.Then you suddenly suspended my account. I contacted your support, provided them the information multiple times. But no dice.And now, suddenly, after 3 years, the Oligarchs and Kazakh mafia I was reporting on, found out my alternate email address I used to create the Tuta email.No, you certainly cannot provide them my mailbox data (I deleted them already), but you can certainly share my Billing Info, which you did. You, or your staff, did it, and I will get utmost pleasure in revealing who/how it was done, and who at Tuta sold their soul for 30 cents.----- Over and Out.
