I recently switched to Tuta.com from Gmail. The transition went smoothly and I feel a lot of confidence in Tuta's more secure email platform. I do want to mention though that when you switch from one platform to another you need to be prepared to accept that each has its own strengths and weaknesses. In the case of Tuta, the limitations are:1. You cannot currently bulk import your old email. I have been told that are developing a tool to address this issue.2. You cannot use your old email program. Tuta provides their own app.3. I don't see a way to write a rule to forward all incoming mail to another platform.4. The app they provide is not customizable in terms of the data is presented on the display.To me, these are not huge issues. I am quite satisfied with the app they provide and with their service. But before you switch, you should be aware that these are things you will encouter.
