I have been a paying customer since 2017 and used Tuta for custom domains.Over the years, I have been pretty happy with the service. However, when I decided to leave there was absolutely no help to be had. I can't stop the subscription because of payed features, but support won't tell me how to disable those features despite contacting them (Pia) multiple times. I can't change my credit card to stop them from withdrawing money either.I am now in the process of trying to export my mail and simply deleting the account.I am extremely disappointed by the attitude and lack of help. In the past I would have recommended Tuta. Not anymore.Edit: Thank you for the reply. I have contacted you multiple times. I have told you I needed help.
