Tuta has been an excellent mail server for me. I feel like my mail is very secure and you can tell just from using the platform, that privacy and security are a number 1 consideration. The negative would be that privacy and security can be a design drawback. For example, they have folders and rules within their clients - but it's not "fluid."When you connect to the server all the mail is downloaded into your inbox. Then a separate process runs (on the client) that moves it to specific foldres (if necessary,) and performs any other actions required. It's a slow and tedious process - but it works 100%.Again, I think this is the result of the Tuta security focus which might prevent them from performing these things at the server?I am very confident in Tuta, rely on it, and can put up with some minor inconvenience knowing that nobody is "mining" my emails or accessing them.
