Love my tutor, but the business model is cooked. They make it seem like you need to pay to contact someone, and do "deals" that they can't deliver on. I learnt from a friend who used them a year ago that they don't pay their tutors anything for the first two weeks (which is why they put the deals on for having more and more lessons in the first two weeks, to make money while the tutor has to give up their time for free)
